JAMES J BUSS, CPA     James J Buss, CPA is the President and founder of Buss Accounting & Consulting, PC. James has extensive business experience in both public accounting and in the private construction industry. He graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1998 and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in South Dakota in 2002. He worked in public accounting from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, James was hired by Kiewit to assist the Fortune 500 construction company implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and various other internal audit functions in the United States and Canada. James is a member of the South Dakota CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Buss Accounting & Consulting, PC received it's firm permit giving it authority from the State Board of Accountancy in South Dakota to practice public accounting in 2004. We are members of the AICPA Peer Review Program and the AICPA Private Company Practice Section.
